SaaS Software Sales Representative

Position Duties:
The qualified candidate will be responsible for sales calls for the Web Freight Pro Software as a Service Offering. The candidate is also responsible for identifying any customization that is required by the new customer, outlining that in the prospects solution summary and obtaining development estimates from the developers so that a cost can be assigned and delivered to the prospect. Once a sale has been secured the candidate will spend a few hours training the new customer on the system. Initially this is a 100% commission 1099 position but once specific sales goals are attained it will transition to a draw with commission and full health and retirement benefits.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
Must be a self motivated problem solver with good interpersonal skills. Must be able to work well in a team environment. Must be able to analyze customer needs and translate that into system solutions. Must be able to think on your feet and turn customer comments into opportunities.
Education / Experience:
Associate's Degree or Bachelor’s degree or technical institute degree/certificate or equivalent work experience. Typically 1 to 3 years of software sales experience with an understanding of freight and warehouse management is desired.
